The terrifying incident unfolded at the Pennsylvania Driver Licensing Center on N. Enola Road in Cumberland County around 3:34 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2023, East Pennsboro police said.
Investigators say Alexander Golovkin of Camp Hill discharged his firearm inside the restroom, sending a bullet into the mirror. Authorities did not disclose whether anyone else was inside at the time.
Golovkin is now facing charges of recklessly endangering another person, institutional vandalism, and criminal mischief, court records show. His preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
